TradeAlerts AI provides AI-powered technical analysis dashboards, options flow data, dark pool information, and related trading tools for educational and informational purposes. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
The Service does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All analysis, scores, options plays, signals, and content provided by TradeAlerts AI are for educational and informational purposes only.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
Free Tier: Limited lookups per day with basic features. No payment required.
Founding Member ($17.77/mo): Unlimited lookups, options flow, exit strategies, and all premium features. This introductory price is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you retain access until the period ends.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAlerts AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
